I may be late to the game regarding Google Chrome Web Store launching on 7th December. Today, I woke up to a surprise after an update on my Google Chrome dev build which now has Web Apps integrated into the default home page.

For now, most of the Google Chrome Web Apps seem to be just bookmarks to the various web applications like Twitter, Google Books, etc. that are redesigned and optimized for HTML5 and Google Chrome. Try them out and let me know what you think of the new Google Chrome Web Store Apps, and what are some of your favourites.

On the 5th day of Christmas… Oh My God seriously am I still giving away more stuff? Yes, and today I’m giving away the Sony Walkman NWZ-W252 retailing at SGD$129 to a lucky winner. Oh, and it might not be a white version that I’m giving out. I still have yet to get the actual set I’m supposed to give away. I’ll keep you guys updated about the color.

For this giveaway (since it’s a Friday), it’s going to be slightly different. All you need to do is post a comment telling me “How you’ll be using the Sony Walkman NWZ-W252 if you get it?” The person with the most creative and interesting use (subjected to my own choosing which is pretty much random) of the Sony Walkman NWZ-W252 will get to win it!
