I attended “Chopin for Japan with Julian Gargiulo and Satsuki Nagatome” last Saturday and took a bunch of videos and photos of Julian Gargiulo and Satsuki Nagatome magnificent performance of several of Chopin’s pieces and Puccini’s and Japan’s famous pieces.

‘Chopin for Japan’ with Julian Gargiulo and Satsuki Nagatome

‘Chopin for Japan’ is a concert presented by The Embassy of the Republic of Poland & the Italian Culture Institute with Julian Gargiulo performing several Chopin compositions, well known Japanese songs and Italian arias together with Satsuki Nagatome as the accompanying guest artist soprano. The concert is open to the public and non-obligatory donations will be requested during the event. All proceeds will to Mercy Relief to aid their relief efforts in Japan.

Julian Gargiulo (solo):

  • In “Chopin for Japan” Julian will bring together works from his new album “No Smoking” as well as popular classical favorites of Chopin, Rachmaninoff and Liszt.
